Join us on Sunday, December 31st for an HISTORIC New Year’s Eve Celebration at the Owen Theatre in Downtown Branson.
Event: Dec. 31st, 8pm until 12:30am
Place: Historic Owen Theatre, 205 S Commercial St, Branson, MO 65616
This is an exclusive Branson Regional Arts Council event, and is limited to the first 200 people who register. Tickets are on-sale now for $75 per person and all funds raised benefit the BRAC.
This will be THE BRANSON NEW YEARS EVENT of the year!
Participants are invited to dress as though they are attending a 1930’s Movie Premiere in the Golden Age of Hollywood, but we welcome any festive attire that our patrons wish to wear that evening. Live cabaret entertainment will be provided by Forte’ Theatre Company as well as other surprise guest performers. A delicious assortment of finger foods and hors d’oeuvres will be served, as well as a nice variety of refreshments, from sodas, water, wine and even a champagne toast! Party favors for everyone and surprises galore!
When the clock strikes Midnight, we will all participate in a very special ceremony as the keys to the venue are handed over to the Branson Regional Arts Council Board of Directors. On January 1st, 2018, the Historic Owen Theatre will become… YOUR COMMUNITY THEATRE and the new home office of the Arts Council.
More information on this exciting event will be announced in the coming weeks, but NOW IS THE TIME to get your tickets! Only 200 seats are available! We also have a small block of discounted overnight lodging at the Branson Convention Center Hotel, which is a short, 5 minute walk from the theatre. Why drive home after the event when you can check in early, then walk over to the theatre for our event at 8pm!

2025 Youth Summer Institute
2025 Youth Summer Institute - Wizard of Oz Youth Edition (Ages 13-18 Cast)
Class Size Limited To 35 Students
- $285 per student registration (+ $10 convenience fee for card payment = $285)
Register your child (ages 13-18) to experience the Branson Regional Arts Council's Summer Institute at the Historic Owen Theatre. Sessions meet Monday thru Friday, 12:00pm - 3:30pm from June 9-26, 2025. There will also be a mandatory parent/student meeting on Friday, May 30, 2025 from 6:30pm - 7:30pm at the Historic Owen Theatre.
No auditions or previous experience required to register.
The students will learn acting, dancing, singing, and stage movement and will have four public performances, June 27 - 29, 2025.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Parent information packets will be provided at the parent meeting.
- Please check your schedule BEFORE registering. Attendance at ALL SESSIONS and ALL PERFORMANCES is required due to the intense nature of the institute.
- Once registered, please request to join our Facebook group: BRAC’s age 13-18 Oz 2025 Production Group. All communications, videos, schedule changes, etc will be posted in the Facebook group. It is your responsibility to let us know if you do not use Facebook.
