Get ready for a night of unexpected performances and theatrical fun at the Branson Regional Arts Council’s first ever MisCast Cabaret!

Historic Owen Theatre in Downtown Branson
In traditional theatre, casting is often limited by factors like gender, age, or type, but not at the MisCast Cabaret! This unique event lets our talented local performers take on songs and scenes they’d never be cast in under normal circumstances. It’s a night full of surprises, laughter, and incredible creativity that you won’t see anywhere else!

The Branson Regional Arts Council was founded in 1965 as the “Taney Arts Council,” and officially established 501 (c)(3) non-profit status as “Branson Arts Council, Inc.” in 1993.
Our mission is “to create exceptional artistic, cultural and educational opportunities for our community.”
Financial support is provided by BRAC members, theatre patrons, private donors, as well as additional grant support from the Missouri Arts Council and other organizations.
