Jimmy Fullbright – “For over 35 years my career has been in music, splitting time between theatres & touring with various country artists out of Nashville as a band member & vocalist. I have always shared the same passion for all forms of art . CULTURE MATTERS! Cultural Kaleidoscopes presentations expose students to other cultures in ways that create lasting impressions and understandings.  The world our students are entering is interconnected and diverse.

Branson Arts Council is proud to present the Australian Kaleidoscope program to 3rd grade student of Branson Elementary Schools!  Australian Kaleidoscope will be at Buchanan Elementary on Wed, April 8, 2015 and at Cedar Ridge Elementary on Thursday, April 9, 2015. This program is free of charge to the school system, as the Branson Arts Council takes care of the cost.

Australian Kaleidoscope will introduce students to both the young nation of Australia that was federated in 1901 and the ancient land of the indigenous aboriginal people who have lived there for at least 40,000 years. Australian Kaleidoscope presenters will intertwine songs and stories with a multi-media presentation to give a look at the “Land Down Under” through the eyes of the original aboriginal inhabitants, the convicts sent to the “colony of New South Wales” and the very first European settlers who arrived in the 1700’s. These early explorers, farmers, shearers, cattlemen and miners brought their pioneering vigor to this fascinating land of the kangaroo, platypus and emu.

Originally hailing from different states-Texas and Illinois, these two artists eventually found their way to Missouri and graduated from College of the Ozarks in the same degree program. They were married shortly thereafter and settled in the quiet, beautiful hills. Painting and photography fascinated both Jesse and Sarah during their adolescent years as they each moved from state to state with their families. This here-and-there existence afforded them many opportunities to take in what our country has to offer those who will simply look around. Jesse and Sarah are excited to start a family together, to collaborate on art as a couple, and to always be mindful of the beauty surrounding around them in each moment, waiting to be captured on canvas or print and shared with you.

Christine enjoys coffee dates with friends, cooking, and cosplaying- the art of wearing costumes to portray characters from fiction. She hopes to continue to create unique art and inspire others to develop their own talents.
